Return Policy

Cancellations, Returns and Exchnages

Once an order has been placed you are unable to cancel or alter the order.  Please carefully check your order details before completing payment of the order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

If you receive a defective or damaged Product we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Products may require self-assembly and we will not be liable for any issues arising from or associated with such assembly nor for any damage to products caused during assembly.

Please email us at [email protected] so that we can advise you the best way to return the Product.

Defective or damaged products must be received by us within 14 days from the date of sale or delivery to you and accompanied by proof of purchase.

In the first instance you will be offered a replacement or repair for defective or damaged Products.



If a part is damaged or requires replacing for any reason, we can provide a replacement, as long as you provide an order number.

This will be provided at cost.



Units can be returned, free of charge. As you are within our delivery area, we will send our people to pick up your unit, where we will either salvage what we can and dispose of the rest as sustainably as posible or, if it is of good condition then we will find it a new home.
